The communication is above and beyond. Everyone is always checking in and make you feel like your business is important to them.
It’s not often that you will see a mortgage lender cold call you out of the blue to get you better rates, when you’re already their client. Veterans United dropped my rate ober a full point when I didn’t even know it could be done. I appreciate their team and the work they have done to not only take care of my loan, but to also make sure I was informed and taken care of the whole way.

I CANNOT say enough about 'my guy', Montgomery.
The man ought to be running the Company. He has put the 'C' and the 'S' in Customer Service.
I'm not saying that there were no snags with my loan process, because there definitely were. But it's how these snags are handled. And Montgomery ATTACKED every one of those issues. His performance was epic. I now consider him a true friend.
