I loved working with My Vu and miss the former team who responded to every question quickly and efficiently. Drew does not communicate well. He did not respond with messages and frequently just sent more documents rather than explain. Often no response or 3 or 4 days go by without an answer. I understand once the paperwork is signed and the loan is finished we are to be forgotten. I just wanted more. Thank you. Especially Meghan she went above and beyond to help me.

Chance Mullins is a Rockstar! I have had 2 VA loans through Veterans United, but this last one had issues due to the company I purchased my home through. Chance stuck with me through the entire lengthy process. I would also like to recognize his team members Matt and Canisha. I cannot express just how appreciative I am for all that you have done for me!

Everybody I worked with was top notch helped me with any problems I had. Cheerfull and helpful, very capable. I will use them anytime and recommend them to everyone.Big thanks to all of the staff with my mortgage. everything was flawless.

Commutation was an issue I’m sure the team was busy but if I’m told I’ll get an answer or call from someone or at some time and there is no follow threw it does not give me a positive feeling. Three was a lot of extra in my case that the team had not delt with before, so I’ll give a rate I feel is fair.
