Not much communication, speaking with disrespectful tones. Without Realtor Miss Stephanie we as buyers would've been lost without her during this process. The process wasn't very timely when it involved loan personal, lack of communication.

Closed on Refi 22 days ago and still a payoff account has not been paid off. No response to phone calls. Will have to contact my local Congressman Steven Horsford to help with this unsettled loan.
