Brandon was very friendly and helpful—he searched through different home insurance options, gave moving company recommendations and price matches, and helped with internet, electric, etc. Stephanie at VU went above and beyond when I had some trouble with my credit scores—she was always checking in, processing documents quickly, and it really felt like she was rooting for us to make it to closing. Matt Landis was our go-to guy and always explained things when I didn’t understand or had questions. He’s very knowledgeable and really set the tone for all the great people there. Overall, what stood out most was the customer service—always friendly, always there, and very helpful.
