I’m beyond happy at their great service and dedication to ensuring I made it through the loan process all the way to the closing on my home and the follow up after I closed on the home . My Loan officer Chance Hopper was great . His knowledge of the process and his expertise help me to get this far. Also his assistant Chance Schmollenger guided me through the steps when I had a few items with my credit to take care of. I came to Veterans United with a few road bumps with my credit . They didn’t deny my loan, instead they sent me over to their other team members to help me come up with a plan to fix the credit problems I had and a plan to pay the creditors I owed . I understand clearly why they helped me through the process. Because I’d I expected Veteran United to loan me a large sum of money . Then it is only right that I show I can pay the people I owe. To help me with that they have a tool that I feel is a great help. It’s a to do list , that updated with tasks for you to complete. And for me this made me feel like I was apart of the process and helped to reduce my stress of not knowing what was going on. I have told two of my friends about Veteran United and I’m actively trying to get them to experience how well Veteran United takes care of Veterans. All I can say now is thank you and it feels great to have a place to call home .
