I have been concerned. I asked for a coupon books so I could manage my loan and I was told that that would happen but I’m not 100% convinced that that’s gonna happen if you can add anything to that I would love to hear back...

I cannot begin to say how grateful we are to have worked with Veterans United! From the very first interaction to the last, it has actually been an enjoyable process instead of the nightmare that we were expecting. Our loan officer, the underwriter, and even a home buying concierge; the entire team has been amazing! Everyone is friendly and add a personal touch to what they do. Never once did anyone at Veterans United make us feel like we were a job to them, but instead made us feel like we were the only client! They made us feel supported, cared about, and valued. I can’t say enough how wonderful it’s been to have them in our corner, but I’d recommend this organization to even my own kids when they’re ready!
