MS Jen Huppert introducing herself to be the agent handling our application. we received and immediate quote on the same evening that same day and compared her quote with 3 other lenders. We like her quote because it gives us more breathing room from the old one, so we proceed to go forward with her. She was meticulous on her instructions, directions and guidance getting all our documents submitted correctly in a timely manner. She was very professional and new her job well, she has shown great tact and communicates very respectfully to myself and my wife which made us more comfortable with Veterans United. if we ever run into families and friends trying refinance their homes, we would gladly recommend Veterans United and contact MS Jen Huppert. Ryan Ashburn was a really a great hand during this experience, he was consistent and showed constant reassurance towards my home. It was a smooth transition as well.
I did a lower interest Re-Fi and the only hi-cup was between the Title company and the loan company that serviced my PV System. My loan officer was great once again and kept me informed of my loan status.
I am very Lucky to have Kennedy Kugle to be my Loan Officer because he is very Excellent in doing Everything from Start to Closing. This time as well Kennedy was my loan officer and as expected his exceptional service provided but this time it was Outstanding and pure delight. Starting with the loan inception through to the closing date he set a record of 13 days total closing time. As if he didn't do enough already, while I am overseas, he miraculously stepped up much further by working with American Title to ensure that I closed with electronic signature's and via a video teleconference with a notary public for documents to me signed under oath. Kennedy Kugle is the best loan officer I have ever worked with in mortgage loans, with his contributions of exceptional care for Veterans United complements the reputation of the companies' great professional and ethical standards and should be considered for a nice bonus for his faithful services. Kennedy, Maria and I thank you immensely for our experience a second time with you.
