He was absolutely phenomenal when we were having a hard time with the Seller and their team. The team that I was assigned was phenomenal as well. I started getting confused on who was who. I had 3 people that were my loan agents. Which one was I supposed to talk to. If I asked a question anyone of the 3 would answer but I think it would be better to talk to just one person.

Overall, the Team was great. Small mentions & attention to details like receiving email notifications a day or two after the action requested/mentioned in the email had already been done or discussed, and repeated requests for the correction of our names; even our last which would be correct for one of us, yet not the other.However, corrections were made, seemingly everyone works well together to make Veterans and their families feel important, appreciated and their service valued enough to cover an big part of home ownership expenses.
