Why is this document sent some 9 months after close. Also, the potential buyer waited three months after formal approval by VU for loan assumption. The escrow terminated because of the horrific customer service or processing. I would never ever recommend your firm again. R. Hampton, LTC, US Army

I understand how frustrating it would be to receive a document months after closing and to experience significant delays during the loan assumption process, especially after approval had already been provided. At first, we were very apprehensive about applying for a refinance with an internet company. After we committed, we soon found out the process was quite easy. All the documents were sent via portal. At closing, the notary came to our house . This was especially helpful during this pandemic.
