Process was easy and Aaron was very easy/friendly to talk to. Always got back to me in a reasonable time.


My Veterans United team were the best!! They guided me through this process with ease. I am a first time home buyer and was very nervous about buying. But my team was with me every step of the way. I recommend my team especially to anybody.


While our loan coordinator was very on top of things and in contact regularly, our loan officer was not. We often got last minute notice that documents were needed the last day, but the request for the documents had been in the system for over a week. If it wasn’t for us calling, or our loan coordinator Jordan reaching out to us, we would not have been able to close on time. Our loan officer and loan coordinator did not seem to be in regular touch with each other and often times came us mixed information. This made the process feel more rushed and confusing. While our experience wasn’t awful, the lack of communication and last minute notice was frustrating and forced scrambling on our end.
