Always a 10/10 Experience! This is our fourth time working with Josh Schultz and his team at Veterans United, and once again, they knocked it out of the park! They recently helped us with a cash-out refinance, and the entire process was quick, easy, and completely stress-free.Josh and Katelyn are not only incredibly knowledgeable, but they also make you feel like family. They're always there to answer questions, keep things moving smoothly, and make the whole experience simple and straightforward. We'll always go with Veterans United, and we can't recommend Josh and his team enough to our family and friends. If you want a team you can trust that genuinely cares, these are your people.Huge thanks to Josh, Katelyn, and everyone at Veterans United - we appreciate you all so much!

I'm so happy that I found veterans united when i originally purchased my home last year and I will always recommend you guys to fellow veterans.

The veterans united team I worked with has made a life time user of veterans united. I don’t believe any other lender can provide the same level of service

I must say my experience re-financing with Veterans United was easy and painless. My team responded quickly to whatever questions I had. I would definitely go back to them for any future Re-Fi or home buy need.

Using a VA loan can be a tedious process especially since it seems that their requirements always change which can cause the refi process to get frustrating. VUH was very understanding and did everything they could to help navigate the process.

Hardworking, professional, reassuring and confident, and result oriented with love and pride in veterans united.Mrs. Whitney Brown is godsend.

Thanks!

I’m a return customer. The reason I came back because of the great customer service and communication. Unfortunately, the communication was lacking this time around. I always had to ask for an update this time. Unlike the previous time I constantly received an update. Anyway, it still worked out and as always Will was great. I get it maybe you guys are just a lot more busier these days.

There were two options we were given. To pay or not to pay. We ended up saying we did not want to pay numerous times and it went to the other option to pay multiple times where we had it rewritten for us not to pay. It was very frustrating and stressful. In the end everything worked out but was told numerous things like we wouldn’t have to pay two months and that was wrong info too.
Response from Veterans United
Hi Vaolele,
I’m really sorry to hear how frustrating this process was for you. Buying a home is stressful enough without having to deal with conflicting information, and I can understand how that would be incredibly frustrating. That’s not the experience we want for our Veterans, and I hate that we missed the mark here.
My team would really like to look into what happened and see how we can learn from your experience. If you’re open to it, please reach out to us at 1-800-212-5200 or ClientAdvocate@vu.com. We’d love the chance to talk through your concerns and make sure you have the support you need.

Nothing bad to say

Katie and her team explained the process and terms in details. Everyone was very professional and accommodating . Jake was outstanding! He was very detailed and worked through the difficult process of working with living trust issues.

Veteran friendly, process is a breeze and super easy through Veterans United. Veterans United is truly dedicated to veterans and are definitely here for our best interest and protect us from any potential "screwjob" organizations out there.
