Although it took a lengthy time to accomplished all task from both sides, in the end it went well. I received a fair and favorable percentage rating to the end compared to other lenders iffy offers. I thank the Veterans United team for their patience.

I’m really sorry to hear this experience left you feeling frustrated and unhappy. I can understand how disappointing it would be if the amount you expected back from your refinance didn’t match what you ultimately received.
Oftentimes with a refinance, borrowers may receive a separate escrow refund from their previous mortgage servicer in addition to the funds associated with the new loan. Even so, I understand how important it is for expectations and details to be communicated clearly throughout the process, and I’m sorry this experience left you feeling misled.

I did my first home refinance with them. The whole process was confusing, but they were extremely upfront about all costs and explained everything so I could actually understand it. The other companies I talked to acted like used car salesmen and were shifty about costs; not Veterans United - they treated me like family from the start. 5/5 Dentists would recommend them.
This is the second loan we've done with Veterans United. We were looking to refinance and not feeling good with any of the many companies housing us. We went back to Veterans United and our loan officer, Jake Ferguson. He is awesome! Trustworthy, knowledgeable, and on top of all the details. He is always available for questions and made sure that we were always in the loop on our progress. This was the case for our first loans and the recent refinance. His loan coordinator, Melody was great as well. Always helpful and patient. Had the answers or knew where to get them.
