I have bought and sold a number of houses and this organization is by far the best! I had never before had access to a concierge to help in the home buying process. If I could I would rate Veterns United a 12 out of 10.
Customer service is fantastic, every opportunity was taken by Taylor and his team to help with all paperwork and assist with the entire process, My satisfaction was a priority for Taylor and his team.

They helped me with the whole process from start to finish, guided me all the way, making sure I had all my questions answered. The process was very simple. And I know they can do the same for you. Don’t be afraid to give them a try. Being a veteran and using my VA home loan for the first time to purchase, I know who to use if I purchase another home thank you, to the whole team at veterans United.

I'm easily stressed out when it comes to big financial commitments and was terrified of what the process would be when getting a home loan along with getting a home itself. After having communicated with the Veterans United staff, it was like a weight off my shoulders and made the process FAR easier than I could have imagined. They were always on top of things, made sure the to-do list was always update, worked incredibly fast, and ultimately accommodating to all my needs. I even had a family emergency during this process that put things on pause. The first thing that Lance said to me was take care of family and we'll still be here. Throughout this process, I did not just feel like another number with Veterans United. As a Marine, I have always had a mentality of "get things done"....but with Veterans United, they made sure I was prepared for the whole process.
Everyone of their staff was extremely responsive, knowledgeable and helpful. They made the process flow and made our dream of buying another home possible.
