Danielle and Becky were amazing. They made our home buying process so easy. They were always quick to respond and follow up. Thank you Danielle and Becky!

Everything was so smooth with these guys. I expect anything anymore to be a pain, but not with them. Great communication, closed on time. Recommend to anyone.

Everyone was great! The personalized service I receive was excellent!

They are awesome and very helpful!!!

I think this purchase had some new things for all of us, Bennett and his team smoothly transition to all of these new things and has been a pleasure to work with

I would recommend however, the lack of communication between your team and us almost ended in a no deal. Had there been better communication we might have been dealing with this much differently. Perhaps people with better understanding of the region? We were tasked with to do’s that in some cases were absolutely ludicrous. The person we dealt with was from Missouri. We bought in Alaska. We ended up doing things Missouri wise so now we have to deal with Alaska issues. That mega thousand dollar fee at the end was absolutely ridiculous and we will never do that again. It may be generational as well. Having someone attempt to step in and handle our debts was literally enraging. Especially since we had no idea it was coming. We handle our own debt. If you have to say no deal, we are mature enough to understand and just drop it. We get the meaning of no. Based on that alone I don't think I can, in good conscious recommend VU to anyone of my generation.

First time homebuyer here! I was intimidated by the house hunting and loan process but with Veterans United, the entire home buying process was smooth from start to finish. I appreciated the instant updates, explanations, and responses from the team I was working with.

They made it easy, I mean what else can I say. Much better than any of the other shit companies that claim to represent veterans and active members.

Very easy to work with and returned phonecalls promptly when I had questions

The closing was tough
Confused by dates given between realtor and VU.
Also we were both literally unavailable and had to make concessions … no alternatives were given.
Remote notary went well.

Outstanding service

When I contacted Veterans United I had no intention on buying a house, just wanted to get information on what my options were.Aaron asked me about myself and what war did I serve during , I replied Vietnam he thanked me for my service and asked me if I felt comfortable in giving some personal information over the phone and I did and within seconds he told me how much I qualified for and if I was interested in purchasing a home, Five weeks later I’m sitting in my house answering this survey WOW!!!!!!! Never saw it coming and the process was so simple the hardest part for me was finding the house. Once I did it that it became a done deal.Like I’m sitting in my house answering a survey about my experience with Veterans United. They did right by me.

The process was super smooth and easy. The VU team made this a pretty hands off process. The only critique I have is about the interest rate. When I was getting estimates for my mortgage on offers it was with a 6.25%. I knew it was only an estimated rate and not guaranteed but I didn’t realize I’d have to buy down my rate to actually get the 6.25% right away. I understand why I had to but some more clarity in the beginning would have been nice.

Paul and his team made everything simple, it was like coloring a book! Appreciate the help, info and quick response to everything i asked for. It was pleasure.
