From the very beginning Veterans United was impressive. It started with a simple inquiry online, and within minutes, Lauren called. At that time my wife and I were on a trip, so I gathered some quick info, and explained to Lauren that I would be in touch after our trip. She listened and let me reach out to her once we were back home. Once we got started on the loan process, it could not have gone smoother. Talking to Lauren didn't feel as if we were talking to a stranger, but a friend. She was there any time and any day we needed her. Lauren is extremely professional, but at the same time, laid back and fun to work with. She is outstanding!!! We feel very fortunate to have worked with Veterans United, as they are competent, and make what could be a stressful situation, smooth and stress free.

The team was responsive, supportive, on-point, impactful, and overall awesome the entire way thru the process. They made sure I had the needed information when I needed it to understand where we were at and where we were going. Whenever I invented a new problem or had a concern, I got a quick solution or answer. On more than one occasion I shot an email out on a Saturday thinking I'd get a response on Monday, and within an hour I had an answer to my question. At all times it felt like I had the team in my corner. This is my second time closing on a house and didn't have that with my last lender.It was nothing but a pleasure to work with Brandon, Michael, Crosby, and Anna. This was truly a pleasant experience. Having bought several homes in the past and this was, by far, the best. I was kept informed throughout the process. And the people I worked with were exceptional.
Brant Baxton was amazing!!! He explained everything to us and made our home purchase very easy. He always answered my calls which I never expected. He lwent above an beyond and I will recommend him to everyone. He even sent us a bark box which was a total surprise that we LOVED!!!We also had the experience of working with LeAnn Justis I'm sorry to say that I did not enjoy working with her nor did the title company we used. She waited till the last minute on a few very crucial things that delayed our closing. He emails to us and the title company using her BIG LETTERS shouting at us were very offensive. I did not enjoy working with her and at the end Brant came in and saved the day.
