Had two issues with Concierge: 1. Misinformed me that I was unable to apply my EMD toward closing. Made worse by how adamant she was this wasn't how things worked. 2. She told me, last minute, she didn't have two documents needed to ensure we closed on time. These were things she could have mentioned weeks prior, or put a reminder in my to-do list.
