Absolutely amazing. The process was smooth and everyone was so easy to get ahold of for any questions I had. They also gave us an awesome realtor. Amazing all around.

As a first time home buyer, I went through a rollercoaster of emotions throughout this process. Lance Hopper and his team went out of their way to make sure I knew what to expect through the process. I even had a family emergency during this process that put things on pause. The first thing that Lance said to me was take care of family and we'll still be here. Throughout this process, I did not just feel like another number with Veterans United. As a Marine, I have always had a mentality of "get things done"....but with Veterans United, they made sure I was prepared for the whole process.

Sometimes us marines are very demanding. Your team didn’t flinch and acted swiftly and professionalism under sometimes stressful conditions. Helping helping our veterans, please.

Very thankful for this team. My son and I were really new to buying a house. Everyone was wonderful and helpful

Honestly, thank you for making this process as easy on me as possible. it was nice to see loan documents as they became relevant instead of all at once, and for having a knowledgeable team available to help me with this process. I am outstandingly busy with work most of the time and was able to work on things as time allowed while traveling to a few different places for work. There have been some unexpected things with the house that I really hoped would have been caught with the inspection, and not something I would have seen until renovations were underway, as I'm pretty sure it's not okay to pull back baseboards and carpet while looking at a house you intend to buy. There are pretty decent cracks in the foundation in most of the bedrooms and I had to hire a mold mitigation company as it appears there was an undisclosed massive water leak at one point, which caused severe water damage and mold along the entire front face of the building (not just light surface stuff, but eating the drywall behind the baseboard molding).I unfortunately discovered this while getting ready to paint and do flooring. Par for the course I guess, now I know how the house is built and where the water and electrical lines are, and I'm about to get wicked good at drywall, mudding, taping, and texture.I really really really wish that problem would have been caught while inspections were underway, it would have possibly swayed my decision against that house, or been able to come in very heavy-handed at a lower offer. However, it is what it is, construction is under way, the house and property are exactly what I was looking for (wanted something I could remodel and improve upon) and VU and the team made the process very easy and streamlined. Thanks for everything.

I can't thank my team enough, the whole process could have been way more stressful and chaotic if it were not for my fantastic team, I truly appreciate all the hard work everyone did to get me and my fianc

Amazing group of people to work with! Always on top of things and they keep you well informed throughout the process. Had a couple of hiccups and they helped me find a solution as quickly as possible. Sometimes I didn’t know where to go find certain services and they would give me names of people and places.

They where with me all the way, kept me going and supporting, I knew they had my back Semper Fi

The only major concern is the realtor. That's the face directly representing Veterans United. All others are merely a voice on the phone. The realtor sets the mood, for good or bad. Whenever you're discussing the possibility of spending more than a quarter of a million dollars, you expect support. Once the commission was paid, nothing but crickets from the realtor. We do not recommend that agency to any prospective home buyer!

Veterans United did an outstanding job assisting me through the whole process. Communication is important to me. They were always available and answered my questions quickly. The home buying process can be tedious at times and the last thing someone needs is a delay on information. I highly recommend Veterans United.

The team at Veteran United were great! They answered every questioned I had and made the whole process very easy. Thank you all !
