I was pre-approved with Rocket and all i needed to do was provide them with an approved contract on my next home and i would be done with it. But after talking to Ginny and the team at Veterans United I seamlessly changed course and found it to be one of my best home buying experiences. And believe me, after 24 years of active duty and another 13 years of civil service, I needed this break from the hassle. I hope this is the last mortgage i ever have to get, but i know when rates come down, Ginny and the team will be ready to help me with the no-cost re-fi.

Do not allow Brad the local inspector to inspect any VA home loan houses, the guy was to lazy to get his a** on the roof and do a visual which had poor caulking around the flashing around the chimney which lead to us finding 5 water leaks our first day in the house.

Ryan Kawelaske is my go-to guy for anything related my mortgage. He’s reliable, easy to talk to, and easily turns complicated processes into simple terms I can understand. I had a decent interest rate on my house. But when rates dropped a good bit, he called me and said it’s a good time to refinance and save a lot of money on my monthly bills. Saved me about $200 on my monthly payment (which really helped me a lot since I’m disabled on a fixed income). I highly recommend him if you need any mortgage help.
