You guys need to advertise more. I love USAA, but you blew them away in regard to the financial deals you offered. I wish more veterans knew about you guys so they could benefit as well. The quality of service, really the whole experience, is something I will be advocating to my vet friends for years to come.
The trip isn't over as of yet for our family until we make our move soon. But overall, a fantastic team to be with! Great team minus the one person that had no involvement either out of not caring or no information had. The realtor was patient with my adhd issues and very responsive over my anxiety on everything getting fixed/repaired/and closed. The agent in charge of the contractual information gathering was informative and greatly appreciated by my wife and I. Allowed us to find information with guidance from them on how to obtain, informative on time line and procedures, and kept us up to date with any and all changes going on with the title and loan.
