At first, we were very apprehensive about applying for a refinance with an internet company. After we committed, we soon found out the process was quite easy. All the documents were sent via portal. At closing, the notary came to our house . This was especially helpful during this pandemic.

Underwriting waited until the last day to tell me they needed an inspection on unattached sheds on my property. An inspection that is not required in my state.
