He pulled every string imaginable to get us the loan we needed to purchase our home. He went out of his way many times to obtain every document needed so that underwriting would approve our loan. Jamie did an outstanding job. He was helpful from the very beginning all the way through closing. He answered all my questions. He worked seamlessly with my realtor and got everything done in a very timely and organized manner. I highly recommend anyone that is using a VA loan to contact Jamie, he is the best. The team was awesome! This was the first time I bought a house, and being active duty I wasn’t able to get away to see it. The team made it super helpful and provided me everything to enable a smooth and seemingly stress free move.

You get your own Loan Concierge who walks you through everything from coordinating all the documents you will need, to insurance, and movers. They cover everything! I cannot say enough, they are outstanding!

Thank you for all your help and understanding. The only thing was the wait time to close things were told last minute for items and I had missed a half of day of work in which it made things very upsetting when this day was a joy. Yes, the big outcome at the end of it all was a blessing.

Another person that we worked with was Amanda. She kept things flowing and made sure that we had all of the documents. Awesome person to work with and in general the whole team made buying a new house a breeze.

I would highly recommend Veterans United for buying a home. I never thought that I would be able to get a home because people I know talked about how hard it was to purchase a home. From the first phone call to my loan officer to the closing on our home, everything just fell into place because of not just the expertise of my loan officer Fahad Abdul, but his friendly and cordial manner and interest in me as a person made the whole experience a very good one. I never thought that I would be able to own my own home but they made it possible. From finding the best way to get you in a house, to getting the right realtor for you, they are on point.
