Veterans United was so much better than the few other institutions that were competing for my business. Between the lowest rate at the best cost, the most professional team that didn't seem desperate to make a sale, and the ability to close in a reasonable time. I was able to close in about 30 days when everyone else was much further out. We did have to extend once due to a miscommunication but that is to be expected at some point in the process.
This is my 3rd time using Veterans United to purchase a new property and each time was smooth despite having their own challenges. Keep up the good work everyone!
