Please provide customers additional explanation for why some documents are suddenly required. Please provide interim status for loan process in a timely manner.

I will never recommend using veterans united to anyone ever. I will be trying to refinance as soon as possible with anyone else. We purchase our first home with rough veterans united and this was not the same experience.
