Very easy online process. Didn't even need a realtor since it was new construction. We closed in 4 weeks from the time we found our house but Veterans United was ready in 2. Hopefully, I won't be buying another home anytime soon but if I do, I'll be using Veterans United again.

We can't believe we were so fortunate to have Derek, Jill, Jake, and Barno as our team of professionals during our cross-country move. Each person had their own area of expertise, and they all worked extremely well together to calm our fears and make the entire experience run smoothly. Start to finish the home buying process was a pain. With that being said Collin and Kaylyn made this process so much easier. Collin reached out through the end and always answered any questions within a timely manner. Kaylyn was genuine and open booked everything no cut corners or beating behind the bush. Collin and Kaylyn both endured through my 15 phone calls a day and dealing with DR Horton didn’t seem like much fun for them. They both went about and beyond to get this deal done and closed for us in a timely manner there was a little push back on closing at no fault of theirs but DR Hortons. Overall the finance process was a breeze with these two at the wheel I couldn’t have asked for better!!!

I stumbled on to veterans united after attempting to work with other lenders. one was regular civilian the other a veteran focused organization. Both pale in comparison to the service and ability to simply be closers as far as taking one from application to the signing table. Veterans united was able to achieve what their haters said they could not. I wish I saved myself a few credit inquiries and went straight to VU. The attention to detail, ability to communicate and strategize is unmatched. VU should be considered the industry standard.
