Initially I did not enjoy the “personality” VU uses for marketing, but I got used to it. It comes across unserious and unprofessional for a home loan company. I even wondered if it was a scam company, especially since I’d never heard of VU before. But, I did choose VU in the end, and so far I’m happy I did.
