I would recommend Veterans United one thousand percent and then some. They were so communicative throughout the entire process. Never once did I feel as though I did not understand what was happening or lost. Any questions that I did have, they answered and were extremely patient. The entire VU team was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. It made me feel as though this was not my first time buying a home because it felt so natural. I was afraid the process would be long, hard, and maybe someone would pull the wool over my eyes. But the transparency of the VU team made all those fears go away. They truly are in this for the right reasons and it shows. They helped me and my family purchase our first home in less than a month and we are forever grateful and blessed!

This was my first home buying experience due to PCSing during my career and not wanting to buy where perviously stationed. When I finally decided to buy after retiring from the military, all I kept hearing was "Use Veteran's United". I'll spare you every detail, but from day ONE they made sure if I had any questions/concerns that they were addressed immediately. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. I ABSOLUTELY recommend them!





Kelly was great. Once we were handed off the Lisa, it was not a pleasant experience. This process became more stressful than it should have due to her lack of coordination, communication and time management. I had to reach out to Lisa the day before our expected closing since we hadn’t heard from her, only to find we still needed 4 items. She never reached out to us. It was extremely disappointing and frustrating working with Lisa.

Not hearing from your loan team until the day before an expected closing, only to learn that multiple items were still needed, would be incredibly frustrating and stressful.
