Pre approval process was great. However, once the mortgage approval began, communication was practically non existent. Information sent was overlooked and had to reinforce to team to actually look at the documents actually sent. Total communication failure!

I highly recommend Veterans United to anyone considering purchasing a home. A real plus which I didn't experience in the past was availability of a real estate agent. It eliminated my need to research agents.
Brett was amazing! He was very personable and professional. Everybody involved was very accomodating especially since this was my first home purchase. Made it seem very seamless but im willing to bet they were hustlin and bustlin to get me in this house so fast.
