Process was made easy. If I had a questions it was answered promptly. If it was something they wasn’t sure about they would find out and respond immediately. I was switching from Rocket Mortgage to Veterans United . And Rocket was a nightmare and they caused a lot of problems with the VU . But my loan people were wonderful, I cannot say enough of how patient and nice the people were. They kept me informed all the way of what the problem was, and what I could do to help it out. We finally got through it all, but it was a nightmare for time being there. Everybody I have talk to that works at Veterans United are some of the nicest people I’ve ever run into and I would recommend this company to anybody that is looking for a refinance or to do a new loan. I just wish I had use them earlier than waiting as long as I did.
