My loan officer (Kelsey) and loan coordinator (Natalie) were amazing! They worked relentlessly to help me convert my construction loan to a VA. Moreover, my loan was for a relatively low amount, but no one would have known otherwise based on the attention and care that Kelsey and Natalie provided!

I think the loan team did an amazing job staying on track, communicating pending information to me and responding. The website and layout is also very user friendly and useful.
