Your webpage is not user friendly.Apparently documents are just sent automatically which in my case, often did little more than create confusion and great concern. According to Tyler, these were sent even without his review or knowledge. The result was that Tyler and I had to spend time with explanations, reviews, edits and then these documents were simply removed from the document base, because they were not current, the system was not aware that the VA loan did not go through and now was FHA, etc.I have a dispute over the house inspection costs which ended up being much higher than discussed at the start of the process.At the start of the process, I received multiple calls, messages and e-mails from various sources asking me how everything was going? But once the problems started, there was no other monitoring or offer of assistance from anyone - Just all just fell on Tyler.

Not the best experience 1/5. Communication was nonexistent and consideration for time was poor.. the entire 3 month process was horrific up until closing and even that was disappointing. So Iโ€™m at the title company all the papers are signed .. title co calls VETEREN UNITED to get the โ€œauthorization for funding โ€œ which is essentially the last step then you get your keys . Well here I am robbed of my joy again, VETEREN United decided not to respond or answer the phone . Then at 5:57pm they emailed back saying they wouldnโ€™t be able to authorize the transaction because they close at 6 ... this was extremely disappointing. Not to mention prior to that I didnโ€™t find out how much out of pocket cost I would be responsible for until two hours before closing . The excuse was โ€œweโ€™re still balancing the numbersโ€.
.One of the Loan coordinators did reach out the day after closing to apologize for everything from the beginning , so that was nice to at least have someone acknowledge and speak to what went wrong. Iโ€™m happy now because itโ€™s over . And I usually try not to write negative reviews because I try to give ppl the benefit of the doubt but the ball was dropped severely and we never seemed to recover .
