The appraiser sucked. They sat around for two weeks before putting a tidewater on the house for a marginal price difference in apprised and purchase price. That could have added a week till closing.I didn't have a spot for it, but jake tecklenburg would get a 10 from me. He did a great job keeping me informed on the status of everything. Im worried that getting some one like that was pure luck.Your fees are far to steep. Moving forward i will not be using vu again, mostly due to the high fees vu charges. I will also be strongly recommending my sailors look elsewhere.

I was maybe to involved with the process? It was a lot of information to try and understand at the time, I think more coaching as each document was sent out would have reduced the anxiety a little. It was a thorough process !
My VA loan process was smooth and I close my house in less than one Month, we really appreciate the service and availability of the loan team and the realtor agent throughout the whole process. The loan officer was helpful through the loan process and how to lock the best interest rate .
