Communication between all levels of the process kept us envolved and was always eager to find the answers to our questions. I have purchased, sold and closed on many homes during my life time but the Veterans United Home Loans team I had were so much more involved and knowledgeable of the status of what need to be done. My wife and I went into buying our home with little knowledge about it. All we knew is what we were told from others and the research we've done ourselves, but when we started to work with Veterans United, the process became so simple and so easy. We had minimal glitches, and at every step of the way, they were right there with us making sure we had everything that we needed. I would have to say people would be foolish as veterans to go with any other company
Billy and team were awesome as usual and this is the second loan we’ve closed with Billy’s team. Hopefully we’re not moving anytime soon but if we are I’d prefer to work with them again!
We were very impressed with the service we recieved from all the members of our team. The to do list that was provided to us as we worked out account was a great way to keep track of things. Everyone was extremely friendly and we always felt like we could reach out anytime with questions. There was never a time that we were u sure of what was happening or the timeframe. Out loan process from preapproval to closing was about 30 days and went very smooth.

I just really want to commend the attentiveness of your staff. They were so helpful, and kind and did such a thorough job that we ran into no issues and closing was a breeze. They went and above and beyond to make the whole process painless and stress free. They even sent me a personalized congratulations gift once we closed on our new home and it just really shows the genuine interest and care they put into each family or individual they are hoping through the process of buying a home.
