I think the whole experience was really good and being able to do most of it online was super helpful. Though Mr. Landon could be in touch a little bit better. I understand people are busy but at least call back when you do get called.

Rachel and Jessie were great to work with, they were always prepared to answer any questions and they would always prepare you on what the next step was in the process. They knew when to push out information so that you were not overwhelmed during the whole process. I would recommend them to any buyers especially first home buyers.
When I first started looking for a home I heard that the VA loan process can be slower or a hassle. But, for me that was absolutely not the case! My team got me to close in under a month and were more than helpful. As a first time buyer, I had no idea about the process. However, this was not an issue as the online to do lists and check-ins from the team kept me right on track.
